Trouble Finding Your Downloads?

Can’t find the link to download your purchase?
After you have made your purchase on Gospel (formerly Digital Gospel, you will receive two emails for your purchase.
The first email will be a receipt from Paypal for your purchase. The second email will be sent to you from Gospel (formerly Digital Gospel with a link to the songs you have purchased. screenshot

Apple Users
Mobile Devices:
Apple mobile devices are restricted and will NOT permit you to download music from Gospel (formerly Digital Gospel at this time. You can still however purchase music and download them at a later time from another device.
It is recommended that you download your purchases to a desktop computer or laptop then import your music into your iTunes library and sync your mobile device.

Mac Users:
From your home screen:
Home- Users- “User Name”- Downloads
In Safari:
Open Safari Browser- Select Command+Option+L simultaneously. Your Folder of downloads should appear.
In Chrome or Firefox:
Open your browser window- select Command+J simultaneously. Your folder of downloads should appear.
Android Users
There are two simple ways you can access your downloaded music on your Android device.
Fastest Option:
1. Download the purchased song to your Android phone or tablet. The progress of you download may be visible in your notifications panel.
2. Once your download is complete, open your notifications panel by swiping downward and selecting the appropriate file.  Your song will open in your designated media player.
Using Your File Manager:
1. Open “File Manager” Folder
2. Locate the “Download” Folder
3. Tap on downloaded song to open in your designate media player
For Windows Users
From Your Web browser:
Using the same web browser you downloaded your song(s) in, press CTRL+J simultaneously on your keyboard and a list of your downloads should appear in a new tab.
Using the “Search” option:
In the lower left corner of your screen, locate the “Type here to search” text box and type downloads. Select the downloads folder with a blue arrow pointed downward to access your files
*Using an older Windows OS locate the “Start” button in the lower left corner of your screen then click to open. Type “download” in the search box.
